2023-02-27 We plan for a short window of downtime for general maintanence on Monday February 27th, 21:00 (GMT+1). The maintanence window is expected to be less than 20 minutes and maximum 60 minutes.
Resolved: Microsoft are currently having a problem that might prevent Nimblr customers from completing the whitelisting. The issue is not related to Nimblr but will impact the ability to completing the whitelisting in Exchange Online. Info from Microsoft below.
Resolved: Root cause: A recent change to the service introduced a regression that may have prevented some admins from creating or modifying Exchange email transport connectors within an organization with the affected SKU(s).
Microsoft begun the deployment of a fix, which has reached around 25 percent of the affected environment as of Wednesday, February 1, 2023, 11:00 PM (11:00 PM UTC) .
Microsoft anticipate the fix will fully roll out by Tuesday, February 7, 2023, 12:00 AM (12:00 AM UTC) .
Previously impacted customers may be able to create or modify connectors as users will experience relief as the fix saturates within their environment.

User impact: Admins are unable to create new email transport connectors in some circumstances.

Existing connectors are not impacted by this event and will work as expected.
Current status: We’ve identified an issue in which admins are unable to create new email transport connectors. We’re reviewing potential mitigation solutions and will provide a timeline for resolution when it becomes available.
Scope of impact: Any admin with the affected SKU(s) listed in the More info section will be unable to create new email transport connectors.

2022-12-12 – 06:22 A limited number of users received course invitations that were using the course reminder template in the email body. The functionality and the statistics was not impacted, only the visual appearance was incorrect. This was caused by a problem with the course invitation email templates. The issue has now been corrected.
2022-11-28 – 09:17 – A few Norweigan users had the latest Zero-Day-Course in the wrong language. Problem was resolved immediately.
2022-10-04 – 10:43 – Problem have now been resolved.
2022-10-04 – 09:35 – There will be a short interruption in the service to update the system. Expected time frame 10 minutes.
2022-10-04 – 07:57 – Some customers experience slow performance. We’re investigating the cause.
